1. There are so many questions that need answering. Was this the first time the ship had been in this area? Other ships have probably come in along the same route, did they not know about this obstacle that torn into the ship? I have been on cruises and I am really trusting that the crew(s)know their jobs but thus far this does not prove true in this instance. How can passengers be assured that the crew is capable of an incident?
