  1. I’m not sure what you meant by “relived for Scotland.” They didn’t get their independence; so shouldn’t you be relieved for the UK? 😉
    Technically the only people eligible to vote were residents of Scotland, which does include people from England, Wales, etc. Unfortunately Scots who lived in London or elsewhere other than Scotland were ineligible to vote.
